Legacy Physical Therapy is an Outpatient Physical Therapy, privately owned Company with clinics in Winchester, KY. We created our clinics with the mindset and intent that we wanted to be different in our way of doing things, which didn’t match the commonplace large, corporate, and impersonal “treat you like a number” approach that describes most medical practices today. Our clinics are welcoming, upbeat, positive, and personal. We employ a sports medicine approach to our practice, meaning you access care sooner, facilitating a quicker recovery regardless of your condition.

Through the entire time with Legacy they gave me exercises to do at home coupled with my time at Legacy. The entire staff from start to finish is amazing!!! They explain in detail the source and causes of your discomfort. They then again in detail, explain the best course of therapy moving forward. Walk you through the various stretches, heat, ice,etc. and how these procedures work and the benefits they will provide. Extremely pleased with everyone and everything about this place!! The professionalism of Legacy Physical Therapy is only surpassed by their “caring, whatever makes the patient know that they are the priority atmosphere”. So many people don’t finish their doctors prescription for Physical Therapy after an injury. These folks create a healing, loving environment that I’ve not missed an appointment to.

I’ve been to them for pt multiple times, the staff are always fantastic and really care about helping you get better. They answer all your questions with no judgement and over all are a very fun environment to be in. They also offer really nice services like dry needling that have helped me so much. I have not been one to follow instruction but the atmosphere at this place is off the charts. The staff are beyond just staff to you they treat you like they've known you forever. The conversations had and the work they do makes it feel less like a chore and more like a fun spot (where you have to do all the work lol) I have been trying to get them to get a margarita machine but that's still in the works (will keep you posted). But truth be told this place has made me view getting my body back in a whole new light. I truly appreciate every single one of them and I hope others get the opportunity to as well.
