A former basketball and softball athlete, those experiences inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others recover and return to the activities they love.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73fa1968 primary-color elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"73fa1968\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Education<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48eab9c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"48eab9c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Helecia earned her degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky in 2005. She then completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Somerset Community College and has been a board-certified Physical Therapist Assistant since 2007. Throughout her career, she has primarily practiced in orthopedic settings in central Kentucky, from Lexington, Winchester, Richmond, Mt Sterling, to Stanton, KY.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3174df81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3174df81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Helecia and her husband, Kyle, have two daughters, Kyleigh and Laney, and are proud to call Winchester, Kentucky, home.
